Location, Hours and Registration
Adelaide Oval is located on War Memorial Drive , North Adelaide, South Australia, beside the River Torrens.
The main conference is held in the William Magarey Room
Think Tank sessions are held in the William Magarey Room, Ian MacLachlan Room East and Ian MacLachlan Room West
Lunch, dinner, afternoon teas are in the John Halbert Room
Conference pre dinner drinks are in the John Halbert Room
Conference dinner is in the William Magarey Room
Post conference drinks are in the Ian MacLachlan Room
Main conference runs from 9:00am to 5:00 pm each day.
Conference pre-dinner drinks are at 6.30pm on Monday 15 May
Conference dinner starts at 7.00pm on Monday 15 May
Just head over to our registration booth. It’s located at William Magarey entrance west, right by the elevators and stairs. You can’t miss it!
The registration booth is open both days of the conference starting at 8:00 AM through to the end of each day’s events.
Yes! We can get you all set at the registration desk on either day of the conference.
Your options depend on how far before the event you cancel:
Up until 14 April
You can receive a full refund, transfer your ticket to next year’s conference, or transfer your ticket to another attendee.
Between 15 April and 28 April
You can receive a 50% refund, transfer your ticket to next year’s conference, or transfer your ticket to another attendee.
Between 29 April and 5 May
Refunds and ticket transfers to next year’s event are not available at this point. But we can still transfer your ticket to another attendee.
6 May and afterward
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds or ticket transfers after this point.

Sessions
No. Just head to the session you’re most interested in. And if you want to switch sessions mid-way through, that’s okay too.
We currently have the following accessibility features for every session and keynote:
- The William Magarey Room, the Ian MacLachlan Rooms and the John Halbert Room all have seating with ample space for mobility devices to navigate.
Meals
Your lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea and conference dinner is included on both days of the conference. Meals take place during the day in the John Halbert Room, and the conference dinner is in the William Magarey Room.
No. Just head to the predinner conference drinks at 6.30pm in the John Halbert Room, and the conference dinner is in the William Magarey Room at 7.00pm.
Yes, Adelaide Oval can accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions. The menus for all meals on both days include vegetarian, non-dairy, vegan, and halal or other options. All meal options are also prepared in a peanut-free facility. A special table will be set up to serve these meal options at each meal during the day.
